Team building provides an opportunity for schools to cover their curriculums requirement for developing co-operation and social skills, as well as providing an opportunity for students to recognise and except diversity in their peers.
Our team building sessions include a range of activities selected with your planned outcome in mind. We rely on you to select a session outcome and we then personalise your event to provide a stimulating session for your young people. Our sessions include starter and plenary activities that provide evaluative feedback for your later use.
Possible outcomes include..
Onsite venue requirements..
Space is essential for most of our activities. Use of an outdoor tennis court size space and an indoor hall would be ideal for our sessions. We will provide a wet weather programme so you can be confident that the outcomes will be met despite the weather.
Staff support..
Supported sessions prove to be more effective and have the additional benefit of improving your staff / student relationships, especially where the member of staff joins in on the activities. Staffing requirements will depend on your students, the type of activities you wish to provide and on the number of our instructors your budget can afford.
