I have always believed that if you can find and retain the right staff then the success of our events are guaranteed. The feedback from our clients certainly supports this view.
We use both full time and professional freelance instructors to help us deliver high quality outdoor programmes with each member of staff being carefully selected for their specialities, experiences and qualifications. You can be confident of receiving enthusiastic, high quality instruction during all of our events.
I am very pleased to introduce some of our key staff.
Ieuan Starks. Director.
Ieuan - Operations Manager
Ieuan is a qualified teacher and outdoor instructor. He has been working in / with schools since 2000 during which time he has facilitated 100s of outdoor education trips.
He is passionate about working with young people and believes that outdoor settings provide the best opportunities for learning and developing potential.
Ieuan set up School Camp Ltd in 2010 to focus on providing a high quality experience for young people. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength.
He is personally qualified to run a wide range of outdoor activities including kayaking, canoeing, climbing, archery, walking and biking, although he now finds himself behind a desk far more than he would like!

Zoe – Instructor & Event Team
Zoe went on her first expedition as a teacher accompanying students and was hooked on the outdoors from that point on. She is a qualified teacher who would prefer to be outside rather than in.
Zoe enjoys working on DofE expeditions and residential camps. She particularly enjoys watching the transformation as students discover how to work as a team and become more confident in their own abilities.
Pat – Operations & Bookings administrator
Pat works from our main office in South Wales and is involved in most of the behind the scenes work. I is her efficiency and hard work that enables our events to run so smoothly.
Pat is the companies main point of contact so it’s more than likely that you will liaise with Pat with any queries, payments or if you simply need support with your booking.
Wez & Floki
Wez and Floki are much loved members of the team. Whilst staff are slowly forgotten over time, we are inundated with requests from teachers and students for the dogs to ‘work’ on their next camp.
Both boys enjoy the open air, mud and especially water!
